When you visit our office, our attention is dedicated to you from the moment you arrive. Our goal is to establish lifelong relationships with our patients. We believe that means listening to your concerns, meeting you where you are, and treating you like our friends and family. If you have a question, we will listen carefully and do our best to answer it. If you are unsure or uncomfortable, we will address it. And if something isn’t right, we fix it. That is our promise to you.

To minimize our carbon footprint, we email you paperless patient forms when you schedule your first visit. If you prefer to complete the forms at our office, we will assist you when you arrive. Our building has covered parking, elevators, and is ADA accessible. When you arrive, one of our friendly team members will greet and escort you to your private room. We offer neck pillows and warm blankets to keep you comfortable. At your first appointment, Dr. Bostian Chapel Hill Dentist will perform a detailed and comprehensive oral exam. We will discuss your dental concerns and goals, and will work together as a team to come up with a suitable treatment plan.

We know you’re busy and your time is valuable. We pride ourselves on running on time and minimizing your wait. We don’t double-book our schedule — when you visit us, your appointment slot is devoted entirely to you.
